Procurement Manager (Code: PM)


Main Purpose

  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professional staff so that the organization has access to the materials and inputs it needs to operate, and so that all materials and goods are handled, stored, and distributed safely, cost-effectively, and on-time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Nationalization of fuel shipments. Reconciliations of vessels as per invoice Puma Energy. Preparation of requests for lubricants in conjunction with the BtoB & Lubricant Manager. Preparation and Submission of Reports. Coordination and oversight of the bidding procedure. 
  • Develop and implement materials handling procedures; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve volume, timeliness, reliability, and safety standards. Supervise all purchase orders done in the department. 
  • Maintain and establish proper documentation and quality specifications at suppliers premises. Revision of payments to suppliers. Search, submission and selection of new and better alternative suppliers. 
  • Liaise with functional or operational area managers so that supply and movement of materials meets their current and future needs. 
  • Buy all flight tickets, liaise with itinerary changes. Negotiation of annual cellular package and oversee all customer- supplier relationship.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bilingual: English, +. 
  • Skilled MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of the customs clearance and legal concepts 
  • Knowledge of Internet search providers.

Requirements
  • Office, autocad, office network environment
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related career field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field or 1 year in relevant role. 
  • Preferred experience with taxation

Tax Manager (Code: TM)


Main Purpose
  • Ensure consistent management of tax and customs issues within Puma Group, together with local management and Trafigura tax department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Tax and Customs regulations are properly followed up by subsidiaries in line with local legislation. Ensure that returns and processes are correctly prepared and followed. 
  • Follow up actively any litigation with local management and take any measures to ensure resolution of cases. 
  • Analyses and proposes recommendations in terms of tax management to local management and supports them to define most optimized methods. 
  • Support controlling department in verifying tax figures in consolidation and deferred tax calculation. 
  • Support Group Tax department in the setup of Group tax policy, optimization and structuration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with ERP tools, international commerce and customs systems
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office) 
  • Audit experience is preferred in public accounting or internal audit. 
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation

Requirements
  • Superior degree with strong experience of managing tax function in emerging markets, exposure to customs and incoterm management. 
  • At least 10 year experience in taxes and several years in emerging countries
Procurement Clerk / Buyer (Code: PC)


Main Purpose
  • Responsible to manage and negotiate national materials, equipment, and supplies purchases. Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and delivery of materials and supplies from abroad.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate import, export, and shipment or materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents. Prepare customs declarations and other required documents that describe the goods and materials being shipped and comply with all import/export regulations. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of handling procedures and delivery of shipped product and /or repaired parts send abroad. Make recommendation for further improvement. Contact shipping agencies, transport companies, and customers to verify delivery prices and schedules. Analysis and presentation of offers for products and/or services from suppliers. 
  • Elaboration of purchase orders, control, file and guarantees. Processing, management and control of all payments to suppliers, contracts, packages and credit card assigned to the department. Input all fuels purchases in our system, process request of lubricants. 
  • Reception and liquidation of all the lubricants shipments and consolidated shipments. Liaise with clearance agent in all these shipments. 
  • Management of suppliers and clients Data Base System (review format, input data and physical file) 
  • Review warehouse inventories vs. Accounting, review integration lubricants report and manage statistical reports of purchases when they are required.

  • Bilingual: English, +. Skilled MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of the customs clearance and legal concepts involved in the DEI and customs
  • Knowledge of Internet search providers.

Requirements
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or position related field of study
  • 2 years of experience in similar position. 
  • Experienced in management system Navision preferable.
